Quite frankly since everyone knows what a scam this company is at this point, I’m gobsmacked they actually made this filing. No reason they couldn’t have filed it on time.

Haven’t read through it yet, but the rotman’s are grade a scammers at this point imo. Greg has gone too far this time though and he knows it. Greg and Steve have criminal liability here in our opinion for fraud.

Pps tells the tale. Now well below a penny with no buyers in sight. Such a shame they didn’t try to do anything on the up and up.
