I noticed that as well. Several of the financial numbers were exactly the same for the Quarter as they were for the Full Year 2021?
Oh well. Now what remains to be seen is if the Caveat Emptor Skull & Crossbones will be removed, or are there other issues, other than financial reports, keeping this designated as Caveat Emptor?
We should know within 3 days, according to what I have seen at OTC Markets.

I figured you'd pretty much "see it" fairly quickly as I did LOL :)

I mean - I gave it the 2 minute skim-read and it instantly hit me, "Doesn't this all sound like I've read it all prior, the words are literally un-changed and sound like a literal cut n paste or that I'm literally reading the prior filing if I remember correctly" blah blah ??

Opened up the prior filing and read them side-by-side and YEP not even the numbers (fake of course then !!) had not changed = IMPOSSIBLE for a "global conglomerate and $millions in supposed revenues and assets" etc LOL !!

I mean really - not even a $DOLLAR changed on nearly every accounting sheet line-entry in a period of 3 long months for a supposed "Huge business" = literally impossible !!

I think the OTC and SEC has them "pegged CAVEAT" on "other" issues going waaay beyond the fact their filings are as good as a roll of gas station grade thin-ply toilet paper on sale LOL :)

CRYPTO-CON is their un-doing IMO. THE SEC and regulators have busted down HARD on off-shore crypto "anything" let alone a scam n fraud as blatant as this one.

"TRNC" = RED FLAGS already to regulators.

"CRYPTO TRNC" = DEFCON 5 RED ALERT to regulators !!

"CEO ARRESTED" not on a DUI that "made the news" but on FINANCIAL CRIMES such as USURY and BANKING LAW violations = I think this scam goose is cooked !!

Kisa-the-perp did NOT add-in all the BS "attempts" in those trash filings to "explain it all away" for no reason - it tells me the OTC back-end folks (and likely the SEC - clear back to Billy William Mathias Aul IMO !) asked about it specifically.

Thus, with each bad iteration we got some lame-brain "excuse section" added like...
"Well, ya see, the CEO was arrested, but it's all sorta cool now. He thinks kinda he resolved it, but the court is slow so he really doesn't know but it's all good bro. He can't and won't show you any proof a court cleared him or that he's not still out on bond, but just trust us as we're in the TRNC. Oh...Oh, and we be moving a bunch of stuff to the UK so we don't break the TRNC laws anymore so we be fixing it all that ways to ya all..." blah blah all except that is all fake and a bunch of smoke n mirrors.....and..and "in same filings" also -

The OTC back-end folks do read these filings and are pretty savvy from my experience when they see CHINA or TNRC etc- as the SEC came down hard on the OTC as "you need to clean up your act of all these off-shore scams" a blah blah - or we're gonna clean up YOU LOL !!

ANYONE with a 80 IQ reading these trash n scam filings and contrasting them with just FIVE easily found Kisa-the-perp pumps, cons, lies, promotions etc - JUST "The token" site BS alone as one example and 20 plus vanished "fake subsidiaries" would conclude, "Sorry, but no soup for you !!" :)

The CEO getting busted on "financial crimes" and unable to provide proof of "I've been cleared of all charges via a TRNC court" = the cherry on top of this bad scene - a stink Kisa can never rid himself of now IMO.

"Criminal activity" = CAVEAT EMPTOR right on the OTC site definition of "why can we place the CE mark on a company" blah blah.

I don't believe Kisa-the-con was, or will be ever "cleared" of these charges- as you pointed our prior, "He messed with the wrong political folks" via his Yeni Bakis rants and prior hob-knobbing with TRNC break-away govt political "big shots" who are now the "out of power party" and he made a LOT of enemies - and the chickens came home to roost in a bad part of town, in a bad part of the world.

BEST CHANCE Kisa is shooting for IMO - is to dump and unload this dirty shell now, but he's finding even THAT is real, real hard to do.

And now we're heading into a recession and his Lira is in total free fall never before seen + rising interest rates + war etc = he's in a box he can't get out of if you ask me !!
