Given the fact that the CEO came out with a PR stating his son and daughter have no interesting in carrying the company forward (gee, I wonder why). As well as the fact that he is retiring, it would be difficult for any company to retain "good" employees with a PR like that one.

Looks like they’re having a hard time retaining quality employees as well.

Now add in the fact that you have told your employees, I'm trying to find you a new captain to right our sinking ship because I've lost interest in carrying on...its no wonder you have board members selling off their stock holdings.

Someone had better tell Tattoo to find a new job.
