At this point I don't expect to ever see any financial filings, whatever they set out to do from the very beginning has ended and now it's just a matter of time to when they tell everyone that it's over!

It's to bad that this has become what it is and at this point it's virtually nothing! The company has nothing but some virtual copies of financial reports, there are no shares being traded, there are no current filings and at this point it appears that there never will be. Taking this long to get things in order related to the acquisition of Human Brands seems to indicate there are bigger problems than what's being reported. The wording in these most recent late filings indicates it's just a matter of time until they officially tell everyone that their shares are worthless. I've never seen so much emphasis on a disclaimer that you should expect your entire investment to go down the road.

Sorry to say but I've given up hope that this will ever become anything other than a bunch of filings!
