They have now $13 MILLION IN CURRENT LIABILITIES and their sales DECLINED Qtr over Qtr while expenses exploded like a nuke going off - most of that $13 mil owed is due in the next 60 to 90 days or less....

They HAD past tense already...a laughable....$260K TOTAL CASH LEFT = THEY ARE BK by ALL generally accepted accounting standards !!!

They "bought" via DILUTION Qty-2 MONEY LOSING GOING-out-of-BUSINESS WORTHLESS SCAM "companies" - to "try" and run another P&D cycle which totally went bust and failed !!

NOT ENOUGH BUY-SIDE on planet earth to pick-up the INCOMING BILLIONS OF DILUTION SHARES to be dumped continually - this POS is headed down and then a REVERSE SPLIT....simple as them facts :)
