Given what I've seen here over the last 3-years, I DON'T THINK SO!

Just another "late filing notice", one would think by now the company would know what it takes to FILE ON TIME.

Not a good spin for someone trying to find a buyer for the company. Would tend to support they have NO buyer. Since one of the key elements in any buy-out of a publicly traded company is to have the financials current.
