it appears they will remain in the market-- and NOT go private. Did some DD on the new CEO-- it was OLD INFO-- he was in real estate.
filing revealed massive admin costs-- just like before- IMO Trina 's PAY-- we know thats NOT going to happen again.
Filing revealed very limited revs from pest control-- not sure how he stayed in business OR paid off the franchise fee to stop the contract($45,000). Hope they stop the crap- pie in the sky stuff-- get down to business- PEST CONTROL
