It’s not looking good. Alex keeps dragging his feet and underperforming. Seems he’s unable to pay taxes ….. hard to grow a business when one is accumulating debt…….. revenue should outweigh operational expenses….. it seems he’s got that backwards.

Additionally, his childish demeanor on social media isn’t inspiring. The promotions seem cheesy / unlikely to become anything of real substance.

Share structure is pretty cruddy, and Alex definitely needs to raise more cash to keep the doors open; I’d honestly expect a raise in authorized shares…….. hopefully people don’t get shafted by the reverse split (if it ever becomes anything of substance, it’ll never uplist without a reverse split, significantly better financials, and time
