AVVH hasn't been suspended and the price and volume isn't going to draw the attention of the SEC - they feel it is just knuckleheads screwing over other knuckleheads.

Plus for now there is the Expert Market.

The one problem I see is all of the SSM hijacked shells failing - such as AAPT getting a CE recently. The SEC could suspend all of them.
