Pocket veto here. May as well write this off. Why would anyone sign with this company. If the do have real business lined up they are currently just going through the motions prior to liquidation. Why pay licensing when you can snag the entire kit for fractions of a penny on liquidation. All that IP paid for by retail investors and exploited by future private owners.

If exploited at all.. Could be this entire charade is done. Time to in invest in lithium and the Salton sea... The next big deal,. Wonder if they can extract it using a rotary kiln .

If your lucky and play your cards right you may get a meager fruit cup.
