Quite right. The OTC has changed for the better. I think your correct about PSRU targeting the second half of the year. Seems the ducks are forming a row and results are on the way. BTW, the primary point that hooked me on PSRU was the cancelation of debt by Xavier. In spite of the current PPS, I think things are looking really good!
