Still 47 million dollar cash acquisition warchest, so I expect more acquisition announcements soon. I think we all forgot about the acquisition charges that would be on the books for the acquisitions that came on line this quarter, and the charges were expected. The derivative liability charge was much higher than I expected, but I'm not 100% sure how that is calculated. The good news is that these kind of accounting changes can sometime result in millions of dollars of extra earnings also...

All in all, not a bad quarter, and I am sitting on the buy button now...
