They made plans. What we don't know is, will the plans work. Nothing has changed really except for me I have more questions. A joint venture partner is not exactly a subsidiary company of another parent company so based on words it does not look like GestureTek Health Inc is going to be acquired by winning brands.

Winning Brands was (and still is) a joint venture partner of GestureTek Health (GTH)

A joint partner arrangement is where parties agree to pool their resources for a specific purpose but remain independent of each other.


So what exactly is WB acquiring for his subsidiary company and is Vincent part of it, or staying at GT Health but working as a joint partner.

Its just clear and this started off with the majority thinking Eric was acquiring GestureTek the company, though I knew that was not the case, it was always certain assets. Now not sure how or where Vincent comes into this as far as the subsidiary company. I thought he was going there, but that might not be the case now..
