How do you know what the inside reasons are? Have you spoken to the plaintiffs attorney? Have you spoken to the judges? Saying that it’s all done purposely is just another conspiracy theory about BioAmber.
BioAmber was liquidated simple as that. The only ones who have a problem with that are the shareholders who feel the amounts paid were not enough.
At some point the class action will payout and nothing will change for BioAmber as it’s gone or it’s shareholders.
