Just found out LODE paid $18 mm plus a boat load of stock for this BS technology and Co called Plain Sight Innovations last year. This co, PSI, is run by a Kevin Kreisler rand Dave Winsness. They had been touting this BS technology at a co called Green Shift since 2000. Green Shift never made a cent, went bust and became delisted. Before getting delisted, they sold the same story to Attis Industries almost in the same type of deal. $18mm cash and stock. Attis ended up going bust and delisted too. Now Winsness and Kreisler have found another sucker in LODE to pay them off for technology that has never worked!!! WTF kind of diligence did LODE do here? This is absolutely criminal.
