LOL,

Isn't it obvious ??

A big shareholder of SPIN and I had a long and candid talk earlier today and he is extremely happy now after years of bitterness.

There are no more "big" pre Bitech shareholders in SPIN. New mgmt owns the show. Remember ... 96% owned ? Any former SPIN shareholder with a size position is no longer of any consequence excepting what they could do to the current stock price with the float as small as it is. 1 million shares now is a pissant position. .002 % of the diluted stock.

The new CEO could and should care less about former SPIN owners and simply do his thing to grow his business. Whether a former sizable SPIN investors is happy or not .. is .. irrelevant.

Like I said, smells like the pied piper of SPIN or one of his buddies. =)

Bottomline is the Bitech IP and product could certainly end up being a nice solution to a problem but .... its prerevenue for now and like I said .... there's almost nothing out there on it generating buzz about it. Soooooooooooooo ..... right now the markets is willing to pay about .14 cents for it.

I'd be looking for SPIN to find a bottom and more info from the company before I'd consider buying it again.
