GVSI -13.58%

It's comical watching them grasp at straws for ANY little thing they can try to spin as a negative.

Like today's price drop. We're grasping at straws watching the share price plummet. I called it a few weeks ago - back to .007 and dropping.

GVSI can't get its preferred shares resolved, can't get its Form 10 approved by the SEC so it can't get its stock registered with the SEC.

Why hasn't George Sharp petitioned the court or filed a motion to redesignate or cancel the problematic preferred shares?

There's a reason for Sharp's silence and no action on GVSI while ALL HIS OTHER TICKERS ARE GETTING UPDATED OFTEN.

It's been over a year since GVSI has had any meaningful updates, filings or approvals in court or the SEC.

The company that was planning to merge in probably got tired of all the problems and delays and simply moved on.

Why hasn't George Sharp petitioned the court to either assign designation for GVSI's preferred shares in question or cancel the preferred shares? He hasn't petitioned the court to do anything. He hasn't filed current financials and said he would refile GVSI's Form 10 in December but never did.

$GVSI update, new hurdle I am jumping through is that previous mgmt issued Pref "A" stock without designating it with Nevada SOS, i.e. conversion/voting rate, etc. SEC is a stickler on this. We are petitioning the court to either allow us to cancel them or assign designation.

Getting the problematic preferred shares resolved would be a court decision. Where is the court filing for this? There isn't any. Sharp seems like he's stringing some along here to protect his two other shells from a price drop or from bad press.

Unfortunately GVSI is stuck in expert market, nobody can trade it in the US, doesn't have its Form 10 approved so it's stock isn't registered with the SEC (and pretty much worthless), there have been no filings with the SEC, FINRA, Nevada SOS, OTC Markets, has had its name registration with the Nevada SOS expire twice, hasn't filed its financials, has no lawyers working on it since there have been no updates, filings or approvals in court or the SEC in over a year and the company planning to reverse merge most likely has cancelled the deal if it follows even the most basic form of risk management.

All of Goerge Sharp's lack of action for GVSI seems to show that he ran into problems assigning designation or cancelling the problematic preferred shares.

Recent George Sharp tweet specifically addressing all the problems and delays concerning GVSI:

There is no update

;;

That says it all.

GVSI IS A DISASTER!
