NPDCF: effective May 17,2022 CopAur Minerals Inc has acquired all of the common shares of New Placer Gold Dome Corp. In connection with the Arrangement, holders of Common Shares of New Placer will receive 0.1182 of a common share in CopAur for each one (1) New Placer Common Share held.
