I do think they can report big events before releasing the quarterly report. The Quarterly report will say they have no assets and no revenue. If the company is actually doing something, there would be a PR or something, though last year they said they were buying buildings, and they didn't, so a PR isn't a guarantee, but they could still release PRs if something is going on. So, I wouldn't expect nice updates, but this is the OTC, and this company is sloppy in its reporting, so I suppose anything is possible.
