Concerning Fox-ESS

What one needs to understand is that in order for a company to sell and distribute product in the US one has to meet stringent Certification and Safety measures in order to do so. Every Country is a little different, having said that, here is where we are at concerning Fox-Ess.

UL 9540 & UL 9540A- In progress, start date 2/2/22 completion date 7/20/22

UL 1973- In progress, start date 2/2/22 completion date 7/20/22.

UL 1741 & UL 1741SA- In progress start date 2/2/22 completion date 5/24/22.

IEEE- In progress start date 2/2/22 completion date 7/20/22.

UL 1008 & UL 508- In progress start date 2/2/22 completion date 6/28/22..

These are the US Timelines, hope this clarifies any concerns as to what’s happening with Fox for the US Market.

As you can see these processes are not done quickly but the timeline is narrowing down and it’s about to get really exciting here.

I have production numbers as well, but will wait for a later date to post those numbers.
