The failure to report and moving to greys yes that’s a big deal but I don’t believe this is in the same class as other Chinese companies. This literally claims to be an American company (albeit selling Chinese product). This should be considered an American reseller similar to a Toyota dealership in terms of being American and selling Asian products. It’s definitely bizarre for them to fail to file on time.
