Apologies that I wasn't more clear. My question is do you think it could be PSRU that is buying and accumulating shares? The reason I ask is that Xavier stated that at the current price level, at the time I think the price was .0015, he would buy back as much as 75% of the outstanding shares. What do you think?
If memory serves he stated this in his ANI video interview a couple of months ago.
