This is what was explained to me:
12m shares at .0001 = $12,000 dollars
12-1 reverse split 1.2m shares At .1 =12,000
reduces outstanding shares to 240m with 30m value of Voatz divvied by 240m shares out standing puts value at $1.25 per share
