Victor achieved board goals - received $200,000 bonus

I believe they are already in the middle of a very lucrative contract/partnership with “Tube Solar”. I believe the $200,000 bonus Victor Lee received was what the “new” board determined was a goal achieved. Namely 5000 pieces of flexible solar panels manufactured on time for Tube Solar.

With second and third shift now fully employed that number will begin to make the company profitable. Also a new manufacturing line set up in Germany as a subsidiary of ASTI exclusively for Tube Solar appears to be started according to the 10-Q and the money being spent for engineering.

I agree holding out for a better opportunity to enter NASDAQ is probably a wise move. You only get one chance to do that right. And it’s best to do that on the upswing. So until NASDAQ heads back toward 16,000 they might as well wait that out.
