Vague statements are easy to spin.

Take, for example, the statement below on the Foxess website:

"A key shareholder is Tsingshan Group, a Fortune Global 500 company and the largest producer of stainless steel in the world."

Does this say how many shares of Foxess or what percentage of shares Tsingshan own? It could be any number of shares as this statement is either deliberately or unknowingly vague.

Yet some spin this statement to mean Foxess is a part of Tsingshan. Well, possibly since Tsingshan owns an unknown number of Foxess shares. Others could spin it as Tsingshan owns only a small piece of Foxess as an investment. With $42.4B in revenues, Tsingshan must own shares in hundreds, if not thousands of smaller companies.

So what's the big deal? Depends on how you spin it.

Btw, anyone have a verifiable revenue number for Foxess? I couldn't find anything regarding revs on their website nor anywhere else with a quick Google search.
