Looks like they will be doing many videos. Maybe this is part of their plan to keep shareholders updated and new investors educated.

The annual report and interview explained that they are still going through DD process on the Permian acquisition. I expect this will finalize soon. The LA deal will hopefully happen soon…I’m excited to hear details on that one. And the 5 wells they’re currently working on should bring in $250k-$500k monthly income based on the working interest they have.

There will be a big PPS adjustment here sometime this year…I don’t know when it will happen, but it’s coming.

I also did the math on recent SS updates. 8M went from restricted to unrestricted. 2,534,987 new shares went to restricted. 500k of those restricted were a single issuance, I believe maybe for the north equities signing. 2,034,997 went to restricted I believe for the 2020 notes conversion. Last conversion was at .02, so if that’s the case for these, it clears most of those notes.
