Gents, WaMu had a Liquidating Trust set up as well. It recently closed down, but WaMu was reborn as WMIH, now COOP. Shares went to escrow holders based on their holdings. WaMu's Capital Trusts (the H's) were cashed out round 40% if memory serves me correctly.

I believe the NOLs were sued by WMIH in that case.
