Benny, you missed some of my logic and some of my points.
1) Carlos is dripping with money, and could easily make an offer to AABB that is too good for AABB to pass on. He didn't, apparently, and so , he went and acquired the adjacent propertes.
2) AABB could have acquired the adjacent properties before Carlos , similar to what AABB is trying to do with Zodiaco 2&3, after acquiring Zodiaco 1, but didn't take such steps.
The question could be asked, why/ how did Carlos get wind of the GEO reports of Bonanza? Did AABB advise Carlos, Did the GEO tester divulge the results to Carlos?
If so, why wouldn't AABB require a NDA of the GEO preparer? Unless AABB told Carlos of the results and proposed a possible sale/deal for Carlos, in the hopes of a major chunk of cash,as in Guerrero? And why would Carlos not agree to pay the price that AABB wanted, or close to it.?
