So, in a nutshell Thom has been successful in avoiding debt due to the statute of limitations and also that the Patent Cases are lost. Some back and forth transfer between Worlds.Inc and its friendly 'drug company' are being used to clear up loose ends. What all the expenditure went on is as opaque and unrewarding as it had been since at least 2008 when there were at least some minimal sources of revenue from the then miniscule userbase. Today, bereft of a paying userbase and a consequent absence of outside business interest the whole 'Game' is now over but for the old lady to sing. This new conflation of The Metaverse with ideas of Non Fungibility are a whole new ball game bereft of any actual, factual, practical or sensical predication from the sad history of WDDD.
