Sensortecnics seems to have all the dead-in patents that haven't received real funding in the UK. They're proposing to give the CEO more stock to "put them in here," and then give stock to the "equity investor." Thing is, if there's an investor willing to pony up cash to add to the $60 this company has on the books, why did they need to "go public?" That same investor could have offered the cash for a stake in a private company that didn't have then encumbrance of the existing O/S issued long ago to the failed venture that was Energy Finders years ago and, essentially, had a much larger stake in the ownership of this company.
