I just realized I didn’t finish my post. Currier’s post went something like this: “Shareholders- the merging company wants to know when I received change of control for ILST. They must not have a Twitter account.” Obviously, Currier knows whether the merging company has a Twitter account or not. IMO it’s either sarcasm or a reference to Fawry (or a different foreign company) not having an English language Twitter account.
