well windy again BUT got the house cooled down to 63º
whew!
my 2000' of 6" ALUMINUM gated irrigation pipe I got at auction on Wed
is now loaded on a truck and will be here tomorrow
plus some fittings for it
I checked and a piece of plastic gated same size was $175 just
for one piece....
a 45º fitting, $75, a 90º fitting $100, so I got 64 -30 foot pieces
and one 15' piece and 9 fittings for $2450
and enough pipe to do EVERYthing I need to do here with
irrigating and be creative about it when just what I needed
to do with the 13 pieces would cost me $2630
but the Aluminum was in Nebraska
well it's loaded and getting hauled to my door tomorrow for
$1575....
I'm pretty dang tickled....
9 fittings cost me $320, 20 pieces of pipe cost me $910, and
the 65 pieces cost me $1220 plus $50 in wire fees
now....got the rest of the work to do installing it
who want to come stay in my nifty new to me camper
and do some real work.....
