One thought I had in reading the filings is its astounding that they have done so much with so little. These deals they are putting together with Mark Hutchinson and team are global deals and have huge potential and thus far they have done so with minimal dilution.

Thank you for those comments. Once all closings and announcements are complete, management is confident that their strategy to create enhanced shareholder value will be substantially reflected. Lawyers and accountants have created quite the experience but mgmt will succeed!
