Your question can be interpreted different ways. I will assume you are referring specific to PNNX though.
With that document published, all the hard work is completed. It is in the final stages of review with OTC.
It is difficult to say how soon the QB status will be achieved. Depends on any back and forth follow-up PNNX may have to do with OTC Markets.
I have seen another stock get the official uplist 1 week after posting their Certification online. But their document was also dated further back in time.

What is interesting is that Joe signed this certification on April 15 but there is a May 9 date specified also in the document. Is the May 9 date part of a follow-up? Or did they sit on the document after Joe signed it for a few weeks. Hard to know unless someone asks them.
