That too, but also remember the judge said LBHI couldn’t issue the preferred stock because it didn’t specifically say they can do so under the plan, I’m guessing with LBI if they get the judge too approve (which I’m sure they will) LBI will not have any restrictions and will be allowed to issue shares, in the document I believe it says LBI can use shares from its affiliates also
