They could announce new contracts and it wont help. Like I have said, too many cheap shares in cheap hands that will flip for pennies instead of holding for real ROI. I mean, LT, there are people who dont even know how to read the Q and are clueless about GAAP accounting! CEO needs to realize that the TC market is not going to help him at this level. He has to R/S this sucker, lower the A/S by at least half, finish audits, announce the new contracts hes obviously holding back, File S-1 and go QB. Then he can get real funding. I know you get this but there are MANY who DONT. This companys long term survival depends on this CEO growing some balls and not listening to all the clowns. Hes done a good job so far but he has to go all the way. Then he can consider uplisting
