Why would they get a CE? They just filed their attorney letter Monday and will probably file their Q after hours today or Monday AM. Yes the volume is low, because the float is locked. Patience pays, I sit on these low floaters sometimes for months and accumulate on the Bid as people get impatient. There is a million shares on bid right now at .0044, slap it if you want out!
