People shouldn't underestimate the impact of chart fundamentals. There's this impression that this ran up to .14 on "nothing." IT wasn't nothing. If you know how to read a chart, you'll see how the stars aligned at that time on the chart. Presently, the 50ma has been gradually moving to cross above the 200ma for a few months. Within the next three weeks it should cross. This is a Golden Cross.
