You're acting as though the BOD approached Musk.

Like I said, Musk was getting cold feet once it occurred to him that his ego couldn't write the check.

In my mind, this will be the catalyst for the fall of Musk, and the $100 PPS (being kind) that TSLA deserves in REALITY.
