They could not adress the shares that were requested to sell possibly leaving the company in default, Bigger bought multiple millions of shares and sold with a huge profit, Shares are freed up now for the company now allows their shares to be sold so they would not default, Bigger steps in and purchases another huge purchase that would convert way down the road. Leaving the company in a great position. Allow those convertables to hit the market so the company wont default watch the price fluctuate and then move up and stop whining
