In addition to the Army Corp of Engineers permitting issue, there is also the LA DEQ (Dept of Environmental Quality) and the renewal of the Air Operating Permit Renewal. AI # 195747. https://edms.deq.louisiana.gov/edmsv2/quick-search-results
I emailed the man handling this item the other day. Following are the emails:

From me:I am not part of Delfin or a reporter etc, just an interested person who has been following Delfin’s long anticipated FLNG project. Are you able to tell me when case 195747 related to Delfin might be decisioned and if you see any major stumbling blocks. I see there were 5? public comments regarding the permit. It looks like this case and getting re-certified by the Army Corp of Engineers are the last two permitting issues for them to resolve before moving the project forward.

Reply from Bryan Johnston, LA DEQ: "I can’t provide a precise projection. We only received three comments from the public, but one was quite lengthy. I suspect it will be several months before a written response to comments is finalized. Also, keep in mind that if the comments are “significant,” which I suspect some are, we will have to return the documents to EPA for 45 days.
Feel free to call if you would like to discuss.
Thanks, BDJ"

One of the respondents was our friend, the Sierra Club. Now, while there was dicsussion on this board about Delfin waiting until everything was checked off and ready, I cant see them waiting "Several Months + 45 days for the EPA" to pull the trigger. God help us if they also have to go back to MARAD for re-cert. Delfin has been at this since before 2015 per one of my ealier posts. What's another year to these Jamokes? Come on Delfin, surprise yourselves for once! $TGLO
