-The fact Matt Dwyer ran pump and dumps for 10 years with this ticker?
-The amount of errors on almost every filing?
-Ren Chen or Chen ren speaking to a select shareholders on WeChat
- pumping Nasdaq when there are zero companies with 20 billion OS, and none have the amount of over hang.

What am I missing? What’s not facts exactly?
