One has to wonder if this a permitting issue? If so, what is the holdup?
One would believe the government of Namibia would want this project
to go quickly and smoothly. If that is not the case, why?

I'm mindful of a gap in the share price that exists somewhere close to
$3.00 (actually, just above it.) Should that area be hit (or come close)
it could be a great place to buy. Of course, I'd like to see that the government
permit the drilling of this (exploration?) well. The press release called it a
stratigraphic well. I thought we were done with those. So why did yesterday's
press release call it that and not an exploration well?
