My attorney filed SOS in Florida for our P2E game and it took 5-10 days. My buddy filed 1 himself Florida took 5-7days. This was beginning of Jan after Florida was closed for the end of Dec. Plus it could be submitted at anytime just not showing finalized and public yet. Don't expect that filing to be an issue.

The biggest delay us Crypto taking a shit right now maybe they push back the launch. We're considering pushing back our launch until market settles down. Just my 2cents.
