Swiss, I said before. ECAPS money is not included in the cash flow calculations of about 475M. It is regarded as future possible recovery.

Since the 24th distribution is less than the estimated cash flow, I speculate now that the rest of it is also included in future possible recovery.

“Only possible” no “certainty” case is then closed. Creditors are “satisfied”

I’m sure creditors won’t mind because it’s only in pennies of additional distributions “if recovered now or in the future”
I’m also sure that they all want the “pHoenix to fly”
