Why is it Ok

That the stock has gone from 9 cents to 3.5 cents

That Nasrat has a relationship with a company that he owns

That he’s been talking about the Nasdaq since 2016 or so

That he mentioned dollar land numerous time

That he floated out a valuation of $2.40 with no details

That he committed to four filings in 2022 and one bonus. Of the five, only one so far

That elite would acquire the sungen shares from Mikah this year. When ???

That he blurts some nonsense about phizer on a CC with no details

That he has said we are undervalued yet he’s unable to unlock the value.

I’m just saying, are any of these points wrong? If so, let me know.
