SPLN is part of Celadon, we know them as CFGN - SPLN is normally associated with Institutional buyers and Hedge Funds...at a minimum, we should wonder why they care about this.

It might be a sign of how important this company will be. Rarely do you see the big dogs showing up at the OTC party.

and I don't think that you'll see them slapping the ask, it's not how big money acts.
