So how could you use a FAKE SS from a Unauthorized TA to prove anything at all, LOL?
That means they could lose their SEC license and INCOME by falsifying share structures. The SOS in Nevada doesn't have JS to do with anything in the share structure other than the Authorized/Preferred shares of a stock,increasing the AS and updating the control people. There is LOADS of information out there of what a Transfer Agent is and what they do.
BTW the TA once again VERIFIED the OS amount at 5.169B+ shares YESTERDAY.
