Very nice production facility coming on line in three months. Potential revs starting tail end Q3 with full production final Q.

The purchase of the new facility was done in cash/financing. Zero impact on the capital structure. Terravis Energy getting capital from other sources. Zero impact on the capital structure.

Rossi has had to make nearly impossible adjustments to his business plan over the course of the last two years. In total it would seem his production starts were pushe back about nine months. Much credit to Rossi for getting his company positioned the way he has.

His team now totals about 20 people. And, it's getting bigger by the month.

SOLIS/COR prototype due to Hyundai by Oct. Final Q is going to be insane. SOLIS/COR demand seems to be strong. The single biggest problem Rossi will have starting Oct 2022 is managing his supply chains to support incredible growth in West Seneca. A very nice problem to have IMO.

Stock trading sub 09 pre split for a company that has 36M in assets and a product line up that is going to rock their respective industries.
