Curious to your thoughts, pretty sure I'm reading the most recent 8K that came out and there seems to be some contradictions to previous filings! The most recent states that the Human Brands acquisition will provide us with significant business opportunities that may generate profits and a positive cash flow, we cannot assure you that we will achieve these and other goals. In the statement from 11/29, NT 10Q-A this statement is included, The 3rd quarter 10-Q will show the consolidated financials of our recent acquisition of Human Brands which will show a significant increase in assets and revenues of the company. Here is another statement from the recent 8k and there are at least 3 bullet points on this subject, I've copied in 1 of them, At present we have not received any commitment from any capable and qualified third party to provide a sufficient amount of additional funds that will allow us to meet our current and projected needs and there can be no assurance that we will receive a sufficient amount of funds at any time in the near future or, if we do receive such funds, that the funds will be provided on reasonable terms and in sufficient amounts and on a timely basis given our current financial condition. If we are not successful in obtaining such funds, in sufficient amounts, on reasonable terms, and on a timely basis, any person who acquires our Common Stock, our Preferred Stock, or any other instrument that we may issue or any combination of them, will likely lose their entire investment.
Now, again this seems to contradict a previous filing where they stated that they had secured a 5 million dollar line of credit. This comes from my memory and maybe you can correct me if I'm wrong, pretty sure there was a comment in a previous filing about the line of credit.
Increasingly they talk about investors losing there complete investment! To be honest were already there, nobody can sell shares without a substantial hassle!
